His calm nature, business mindset and ability to find a solution when plans change make him an invaluable part of the LoveLane team.
Today, Jake works across operations and business development, helping bring structure to the many moving pieces behind LoveLane while supporting the continued growth of the business.

There is so much that happens behind the scenes before a beautifully finished wedding or event is ready to welcome its first guest.
From logistics, transport and installations to supplier coordination, setups and pack-downs, Jake plays an important role in making sure everything gets where it needs to be—and comes together as planned.
On event days, you’ll often find him working quietly behind the scenes, solving problems, moving between spaces, assisting our team and making sure the practical details are taken care of so the creative vision can be brought to life.
Working alongside Bethany, Jake brings a complementary perspective to LoveLane. Where creativity and design meet logistics and operations, their different strengths allow each to focus on what they do best while working toward the same considered experience for every client.

He brings a valuable commercial perspective to the studio, helping us continually refine the way we work, strengthen our processes and grow LoveLane thoughtfully without losing the personal service and attention to detail at the heart of the brand.
For Jake, the most rewarding part is seeing everything come together—the transformation of a space, the months of preparation finally becoming a celebration, and knowing that all the work happening behind the scenes has allowed our clients to simply enjoy it.
