What is the difference between Wedding Planning and Wedding Coordination?

Wedding Planning is for couples who would love professional guidance throughout their planning journey. Depending on the level of support you choose, we can assist with venue and supplier sourcing, budgets, timelines, logistics, design guidance and bringing all the details together.
Wedding Coordination is designed for couples who have planned their wedding themselves but would love an experienced coordinator to step in during the final stages, take over the logistics and oversee the celebration itself.

What’s the difference between Full and Partial Wedding Planning?

Our Full Wedding Planning experience is our most comprehensive level of support, with LoveLane guiding you from the early planning stages right through to your wedding day.
Partial Wedding Planning is perfect if you’ve already made a beautiful start but would love professional support bringing the remaining pieces together. We tailor our involvement around what you’ve already organised and where you need us most.
How far in advance should we book LoveLane?

The earlier, the better—particularly for Full Planning, Styling & Design, Florals and popular wedding dates.
We intentionally take on a considered number of celebrations to ensure every couple receives the time, care and attention they deserve.
That said, if your wedding is approaching sooner, we’d still love to hear from you. If your date is available, we’ll happily explore how we can help.

Do we need one or two coordinators?
Will LoveLane be there on our wedding day?
Although we’re there to coordinate your wedding day, our work begins well before it.
In the lead-up to your celebration, we complete a detailed handover, review your plans, prepare and refine your wedding timeline, communicate with suppliers, confirm logistics and make sure we understand the details before the day arrives.
When your wedding day comes around, you can confidently hand everything over to us.
Our single Wedding Day Coordination experience is suitable for many intimate and mid-sized celebrations.
For weddings with 80+ guests, cultural celebrations involving multiple traditions and formalities, or weddings with more complex logistics and moving elements, we recommend our Two-Coordinator Experience.
We’ll always guide you towards the level of support we genuinely believe your celebration requires.
Absolutely. Wedding-day support is included within our Wedding Planning and Wedding Coordination experiences.
LoveLane is led by Founder & Creative Director Bethany alongside our trusted team of experienced coordinators and stylists. Your proposal will clearly outline the support included within your chosen service and, where applicable, your dedicated wedding-day coordinator.
Every celebration is approached with the same LoveLane care, organisation and attention to detail.

Absolutely. LoveLane services can be booked individually or beautifully combined depending on what you need.
You may already have your planning and coordination taken care of but would love our team to develop the creative direction, style your spaces and bring the visual details of your celebration together.

Yes—and having both considered together can create an incredibly cohesive result.
Our styling and floral services can work under one creative direction, allowing colour, texture, florals, linens, stationery, candlelight and the finer details to complement one another throughout your celebration.

We offer fresh florals, premium faux florals and beautifully considered combinations of both.
Every celebration is different, so we’ll consider your vision, venue, design and requirements before recommending the approach that we feel will work best for you.

Absolutely. Our floral services can be booked independently, subject to availability and the requirements of your celebration.
Likewise, Styling & Design can be booked without LoveLane florals.

Yes. We offer bespoke on-the-day stationery and signage designed to complement the overall look and feeling of your celebration.
This can include welcome signage, seating charts, menus, place cards, table numbers, bar signage, directional signage and other personalised details.
If you’re also working with LoveLane for styling or florals, we can consider each element together to create one beautifully cohesive design.

Yes. Individual hire enquiries are welcomed and are subject to availability and collection requirements.
Our collection includes candles, vessels, vases, plinths, urns, premium faux florals, tabletop pieces and other celebration details.

Starting investments for our Wedding Planning and Wedding Coordination experiences are available on our website.
Styling, florals, stationery and hire are tailored to each celebration, as investment varies depending on the design, quantities, venue, logistics and overall scope.
Once we know a little more about your plans, we can provide further information and a personalised proposal.

Travel fees may apply depending on the location of your celebration and the requirements of your service.
Any applicable travel costs will be clearly outlined within your proposal before you book with us.

Once we’ve confirmed availability and the LoveLane service that best suits your celebration, we’ll send through your personalised proposal and booking details.
Your date is officially secured once your required booking documentation has been completed and your non-refundable booking fee has been received.
Until then, dates remain subject to availability.

Yes. Payment options are available across many of our services and will be outlined within your proposal.
If you’d prefer a particular payment arrangement, you’re always welcome to discuss this with our team.

Your main point of contact will depend on the LoveLane service you book.
Our team works collaboratively behind the scenes, and we’ll make sure you always know who to contact throughout your experience. For wedding-day coordination, your dedicated coordinator will also be clearly confirmed with you ahead of your celebration.

LoveLane creates weddings and events throughout Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Scenic Rim and beyond.
We’re also happy to travel for celebrations further afield, so if you’ve fallen in love with a venue outside our usual service areas, we’d still love to hear from you.

While Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Scenic Rim are at the heart of where we work, LoveLane is available for celebrations beyond South East Queensland.
